The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service as you maintain daily administrative tasks.
As a team member, you will be responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service. Duties may also include taking orders by phone or in person, handling cash or charge accounts while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Team members are required to assist in all other areas of the branch. Cross training in these areas can be expected.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Administrative Assistant’s primary responsibilities are, but are not limited to, the following:
- Data Entry
- Answering and directing calls
- Assisting with A/P & A/R support
Qualifications:
- Experience in an office environment
- Self motivation
- Reliability
- Customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office

Physical Requirements:

This is a part time position, hours between 8 am and 5pm. Monday to Friday. 20hrs week.
