Overview:
We are currently seeking an individual to fill the position of Hose Shop Labourer at our Fort St. John location.
Specific Responsibilities include:
The primary responsibilities of the Hose Shop Labourer are, but are not limited to, the following:
- Inspect, pull test and certify new and used various rigging components and assemblies
- Physically capable of continually lifting 20 to 70 lbs.
- Material handling, ensuring order accuracy, on-time shipping & receiving, as well as yard maintenance and fork lift operation.
- Building custom assemblies to customer specification with chain, wire and synthetic ropes to engineered specifications.
- Compliance to health, safety, cleanliness and adhering to company policies and programs within the warehouse are critical. A positive attitude and strong work ethics are must have for this position.
- Individuals with excellent organizational, communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment will be given preference.
