Northern Metalic Sales is a Canadian Independent Wholesale Industrial Distributor based in Grande Prairie, AB with operations across Alberta & BC.
Northern Metalic Sales is part of a larger, diverse group of companies with interests in wholesale distribution, oilfield service & supply, lubricants distribution, land and real estate development, rail construction & transload, vehicles rentals & leasing, and finance.
Overview:
We are currently seeking an individual to fill the position of Delivery Driver for our Clairmont, AB location.
Specific Responsibilities include:
As a Delivery Driver,
you will be responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service as you maintain daily delivery duties. This includes material handling, ensuring order accuracy and on-time delivery. Compliance to health, safety, cleanliness and adhering to company policies and programs are critical.
We are seeking individuals with experience within a distribution environment. On the job training is provided. Individuals are required to possess excellent self motivation, reliability, customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment and/or independently.
Familiarity with the Clairmont industrial areas is an asset
Qualifications:
- Class 5 drivers license (No G.D.L.) is required along with current driver’s abstract.
- Delivery driving: 2 years (preferred)
