We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Fort St John, BC location:
Primary Duties:
- Counter Sales of Industrial Supplies
- Provide Excellent Customer Service
- On Call Rotation ( paid extra on top of wage )
- Assemble hydraulic hose ( training provided )
- Answer incoming calls, handle customer inquiries
- Order Entry and Product Sourcing
- Recommend products and solutions to customers
Required Skills & Abilities
- Outstanding customer service skills with a genuine desire to deliver excellent customer service experiences.
- Proven ability in an inside sales and/or counter sales environment; can provide product knowledge information to customers in a confident and friendly manner.
- Ability to provide detailed pricing terms and prepare and present customer quotations.
- Efficient data entry skills are required to enter orders into POS/internal systems.
- Able to give consistent and effective customer feedback to the store management team on an ongoing basis.
- Capable of building trusting relationships with the retail and commercial customers
- Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods
- Effective problem solving, planning, and organizing skills
- Some Level of Mechanical Aptitude
- Greet and direct customers with a professional and enthusiastic attitude
- High-school diploma
- A Valid driver’s license
- Strong personal commitment to health and safety
- Computer Literacy
